College Success Advisor for 9th–12th Grade
The College Success Advisor for 9th–12th Grade plays a critical role in supporting Camp Catanese high school students on their journey to college. This position ensures that students stay engaged, supported, and empowered year-round—not just during our summer camp programs. The advisor will lead direct student services, coordinate college readiness benchmarks, build key partnerships with schools and universities, and explore innovative ways to enhance student programming, including through technology.
The ideal candidate is passionate about equity in education, deeply relational, detail-oriented, and excited to help first-generation students reach their full potential.
